Q&A
Procrastination happens.. we get it! Actually, we encourage it! If you have any queries, questions or even suggestions, we are all ears! We've collaborated a few questions we've recently answered. If you have a question that has'nt been answered feel free to get in touch!
What time are we allowed to enter the grounds and what time do we have to vacate by?
Stallholders are permitted to enter the venue from 13:00 with last vehicle permitted on site at 14:30. Stallholders are permitted to stay until the general public have left the premises. We do ask that you are ready to leave the grounds at 21:30 - this is following an agreed extension to the originally planned finishing time of 30 minutes after the final whistle. This is to maximise the opportunity for our stallholders to obtain sales.
Are the stallholder spaces inside or outside the venue? Will I need power?
How big is the stallspace?
The Stallholder spaces are located in the stadium car park in a sectioned off area with the other emergency service vehicles and charities that will be present on the day. The stalls are 3x3m but can be expanded with prior agreement.
The stallholder space does not include a table/ gazebo or a power supply. We do kindly request that should your stall require a power supply on the day that you bring a battery pack or generator. The generator will require a long enough lead to be safely located away from members of the public.
If you do require a generator on the day please inform us beforehand so we can plan your stall to be closer to the generator safe compound.
Is there a wet weather contingency plan?
Due to the facilities available at the stadium there is not currently a wet weather contingency. Due to the stadium car park being tarmac there also isnt the facility to stake down a marquee which rules this out as a viable option. If the weather on the day does turn out to be wet, we completely understand if you wish not to attend but we are unfortunately unable to return your stallholders donation as this is a charitable contribution - however if the event is a success (and it is definitely shaping out to be) we may be able to honour your fee for a future event.
Will there be multiple stalls like mine?
We have tried our best to select a good mix of stall types from the stallholders holding pool - based on the given description of items being sold. We have limited ourselves to two stalls selling similair items to ensure a fair opportunity for all to maximise sales.
Is there an opportunity to meet before the event?
We completely understand that you may have questions or would like to meet the people behind the scenes before the event - This is an entirely feesible option if we can agree a date and time.
However we are both available to contact over the phone or on teams if this is a better solution. Just send us an email and we can arrange a time and date to suit you - if you could include what you wish to discuss in the email to give us the opportunity to prepare the required information it would be greatly appreciated.
