Looking Back & What to Expect in 2027
Last year we sold over 600 tickets and had over 500 attendees (despite the weather!), which was fantastic for our charities and, most importantly, for our stallholders.
Event Timing: The event opens to the general public from 13:00, with gates closing at approximately 20:00. To keep the energy high and encourage visitors to stay after the match, we have secured a live band and will keep music playing throughout the day.
Pitch Details: Stallholder tickets remain at £30, which secures a 3x3m pitch located in the main thoroughfare to the stadium entrance.
What We’re Looking For: This year we want a diverse lineup! We are looking for stallholders selling anything from services and sweet treats to experiences and activities—so please get in touch, even if your business is niche or unique!

Register Your Interest: Complete the short form below with a brief description of the items you plan to sell. This helps us ensure a wide variety of stalls, reduce direct competition between stallholders, and provide a fair opportunity for everyone.
Review & Payment: Our team will review submissions on a first-come, first-served basis. If successful, we will send you a copy of our Terms & Conditions along with a payment link for the £30 fee. Please only make your payment if you agree with these terms.
Join the Portal: Once payment is complete, you’ll be invited to join our exclusive 'Stallholders Portal' to stay updated with all important event announcements leading up to the big day.
